Go to the main web page for VB Express ( http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/express/vb/ ). Click on the "Download" icon (on the right side of the page) and follow the instructions. You can register the software for free. You have 30 days before you must register. After 30 days you will not be able to use the software without first registering. To register, follow the instructions on the download page.
NOTE: To use the computers in Belfer Hall in rooms B1103 and B1105 you will need to register the software once in those rooms too. Even if someone else has already registered the software on the same computer - if you login to that computer with a different network account you will need to register the software again for your network account. (I know that this isn't ideal but that was the way it had to be setup by the networking folks).
